All of our products come with a 1-month warranty that covers manufacturing and customisation defects. Items sold cannot be refunded or returned upon design confirmation by you. If item arrives damaged, defective or wrong item had been sent to you, exchange is acceptable. Please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your item. However, the warranty does not covers damages caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear-and-tear.
Give your product the best care it deserves as exposing to abrasive substances, chemical substances, excessive sunlight exposure will worsened the condition of your personalised item.
Our cardholder is made from top and full grain bovine leather, so natural creases, irregularities in texture and colour can be seen sometimes. However, it does not affect the quality at all.
We understand that customised items are so unique and special for each and everyone, so, once the design / monogram is confirmed, there will be no exchange or modification accepted. Our engraving and embossing methods are not reversible.
